1. No Return Policy

We maintain a strict no return policy. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Products Only)

Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • The product is defective / not working

No other reasons (such as change of mind, wrong selection, etc.) will be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any claim:

  • The customer must record a clear unboxing video
  • The video should:
    • Start before opening the package
    • Clearly show the original packaging (as shipped by us)
    • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits

⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Claim Process

To raise a claim, you must:

  • Email us at info@tirthoffice.com
  • Share the following:
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Clear images of the issue (if applicable)
    • Order details (Order ID, name, contact number)

5. Claim Timeframe

  • All claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Any requests made after this period will not be considered

6. Resolution

After verification:

  • If the claim is found valid, we will first arrange a technician to inspect the product and try to repair it, if possible.
  • If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

The decision of Tirth Office Automation will be final and binding.
